My partner and I stayed at Woolston Lodge for 3 days and had a really nice time. The lodge was spotless and had everything we needed, including a mini air-fryer! The hot tub was lovely and private, and the bed was really comfy. We enjoyed using the BBQ and the fire pit, and the scenery around the lodge was gorgeous. The owner was also very helpful and responsive.
I do recommend this hotel.

We got exceptional value for our money at this hidden gem of a lodge. The room was cozy and equipped with all the essentials, including a mini fridge and even a possible mini air-fryer. The location was peaceful and surrounded by beautiful scenery. The staff were incredibly helpful and just a phone call away.
The only thing that could have made the morning meal better was a wider variety of options.

I had a really nice 3-day stay at Woolston Lodge. The location was great with plenty to do around the area, including a stunning nature reserve down the canal. The hot tub was amazing and very private, thanks to the high wall behind it. The bed was super comfy and I fell asleep easily each night. The lodge had everything I needed, including a BBQ and even a mini air-fryer in the cupboard. It was spotless and cozy, and the shared bathrooms were clean. The owner was very helpful too.
Would definitely recommend this hotel.

I had so much fun engaging in activities like fishing, cycling, and billiards while staying at the lodge. The seating area, dining area, and kitchenette were perfect for relaxing and enjoying meals. The hot tub was a delightful addition to my stay.
Oh, how I loved the dried up old coffee, uncomfortable bed with rib cage-poking springs, lack of internal lock on the door for an extra thrill, and the lovely wake-up call of large vehicles at 6:30am. Not to mention the delightful company of rats during my outdoor moments.

Great location near a stunning nature reserve and the canal. the hot tub was a nice addition to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. the comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep.
Lack of cleanliness and poor maintenance in some areas of the property. Shared bathroom facilities were not ideal, especially since they were located in a public squash court.
